Animated Artwork of the Day: Providing context for his most famous work of art, The Scream, Edvard Munch wrote in his diary under the heading “Nice 22.01.1892”:
I was walking along a path with two friends – the sun was setting – suddenly the sky turned blood red – I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence – there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city – my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety – and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.
Inspired by Munch’s inspiration, Sebastian Cosor set out to set The Scream in motion.

are you on MNaudi?
I am on MNAudi. My username used to be “dropshadow” but I recently changed it to just “Sean.”
My cars up to this point:
- 1985 Mazda 626 Coupe (7/94 - 4/96)
- 1989 Chevrolet Beretta GT* (4/96 - 7/98)
- 1998 Chevrolet S10 ZQ8 (7/98 - 4/03)
- 2003 VW Jetta 1.8T (4/03 - 6/04)
- 2003 Audi A4 1.8TQM (6/04 - 8/06)
- 2006 VW GTI DSG (5/06 - 5/09)
- 2005.5 Audi A4 Avant 2.0TQM (1/09 - Present)
I miss the GTI sometimes, but I love the wagon best of all. There was some overlap when I (twice) owned two cars at once, because I’m impulsive and stupid with money when it comes to cars.
*I don’t have any photos of my Beretta, but this one is close. Mine had 5% tint.
